KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exhibit a strong commitment to patient safety, emphasizing the urgency of providing exceptional customer service.
• Promote the health and safety of patients by fostering a positive, supportive, and structured environment.
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintain vigilant supervision of patients at 15-minute intervals or as specified by individual care plans.
• Accurately and promptly document clinical observations and interventions in patient medical records.
• Contribute to a safe, secure, and comfortable setting for patients, their families, and staff members.
• Regularly engage with patients, monitoring their behavior and reporting key observations to the nursing team.
• Assist patients with their daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, eating, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Measure and record patients' vital signs, height, and weight as needed, ensuring this information is accurately documented in their medical records

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.03 per hour
